My objectives for the year will be to build on existing strategies, particularly relating to the professional development and education of our members and students. Helping to shape our events programme is also an important part of the role. Two branch forthcoming events include 26 November “Investing in the Internet…The Evolution Comes” with Gregg Guerin from First Trust and 24 January 2019 “Passive vs Active Investment” with Simon Brett, Chief Investment Officer, Parmenion and we look forward to welcoming members to these events.”
