Can you advise me on which qualification to take?
We don’t advise students which qualifications to take. A student should find out which qualifications are required by asking their employer or checking on their local regulator’s website: UAE SCA, KSA CMA.
I know which qualification to take. What’s my next step?
You need to book the exam. Please call CISI’s customer service. They’ll also send you the study workbook PDF. If you work in a financial institution, your company can book the exam on your behalf. Please speak with your HR or Compliance department.
Where is the exam centre?
When you book the exam, CISI will send you an email with the location of the test centre. You can also find the location of the CISI test centres around the world here: https://www.cisi.org/cisiweb2/shop/test-centres
I don’t want to book the exam now (or I already booked it). How can I start studying?
You can purchase our eLearning packages here: www.tadawul.academy/shop. Choose your course, then a subscription duration, add it to your cart and check out using your credit/debit card. After order completion, we will send you a username and password to access our eLearning portal within 24 hours.
What if I want face-to-face training?
We don’t provide face-to-face training to individuals. If you are a financial institution, we can provide face-to-face training for a group of your staff. Please reach out to us on [email protected]
What if I purchased an eLearning package and had a question while studying? How will you help me?
We have a section on our eLearning portal called “Ask the Trainer”. Students post their questions there, and the trainers answer with the explanation.
How long do I need to study?
The duration of study differs between students, but on average our students need 2-3 months to complete a qualification.
What if I fail? How can I extend my subscription?
You can extend your subscription at any time by purchasing a new package at www.tadawul.academy/shop
Which qualifications should I take?
We do not advise on which qualifications to take. You can reach out to your colleagues, employer, or regulator to find out which qualifications are required.
Should I take the required qualifications in a certain order?
It depends on the requirements of the regulator or your employer. But, usually, there is no particular order or sequence to take the exams.
How can I get more information about the qualifications (syllabus, prices, etc)?

How do I get the certificate after I pass the exam?
During the process of exam booking, you’ll be asked to create an account on CISI’s website. Your PDF certificate will be available under your account a week after you pass the exam.
Do your fees cover the exam cost?
No. The exam cost is paid directly to CISI. Our fees cover access to the content on our eLearning portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept bank transfers or cash.

أين مركز الامتحان؟
عندما تحجز الاختبار، سيرسل لك معهد ISIC بريدًا إلكترونيًا يتضمن موقع مركز الاختبار. يمكنك أيضًا العثور على مواقع مراكز اختبار حول العالم هنا.

كم من الوقت أحتاج للدراسة؟
تختلف مدة الدراسة بين الطلاب، ولكن في المتوسط يحتاج الطلاب الى شهرين أو ثلاث لإنهاء شهادة.
أي شهادة يجب أن أدرس؟
لا نقدم نصائح بشأن الشهادات المطلوب دراستها. يجب على الطالب التواصل مع زملائه أو صاحب العمل أو الجهة التنظيمية لمعرفة المؤهلات المطلوبة.
هل يجب أن أدرس الشهادات بترتيب معين؟
حسب متطلبات الجهة الرقابية أو صاحب العمل، ولكن بشكل عام، لا يهم الترتيب.
