What is Securities?
This unit of the Capital Markets Programme and the Diploma in Capital Markets provides those advising and/or dealing in securities with the knowledge and skills required for their job roles.
Exam Details
This multiple choice question (MCQ) exam is computer based, consists of 100 questions and lasts 2 hours. CISI recommends a minimum of 154 hours study. Your exam may contain up to 10% additional trial questions.
Pass Mark
The pass mark is 70%. The exam grades are as follows:
Pass with merit (91 – 100 marks)
Pass (70 – 90 marks)
Fail (0 – 69 marks)
Exam Availability
CISI CBT exams are available on demand via a global network of test centres, find your nearest test centre. They are also available to sit via remote invigilation.
Re-sits: candidates may make a maximum of 6 attempts at the exam in any one year. Please see CISI’s Multiple Sittings Policy.
