M&A Vice President – Business Services Sector
The Firm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global investment bank that has a strong European platform and indeed an incredibly strong client base with a dedicated experienced Senior Team.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Business Services team at the Vice President level due to growth of business. You will have the opportunity to work with high profile clients and indeed a high profile team where you are able to gain extensive deal experience and develop your investment banking career.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing, mentoring and leading more junior members of the team.
• Preparation of marketing materials – information memorandums, teasers, RFPs and management presentations.
• Engagement with client and management teams and providing support on investor and management materials.
• Producing financial models and being a client facing member of the transaction team with responsibility for building and challenging transaction models.
• Providing due diligence – preparing request for proposals, due diligence review and assist with drafting, assist with incorporating DD findings and inputs into key valuation materials and financial models.
• Manage the communication and information flow between the relevant parties in the “team”.
Qualifications
• Must have 6 – 7 years of Investment Banking M&A sellside experience from an investment bank or boutique advisory or from the BIG 4 Corporate Finance Team ideally within the Business Services sector.
• Must have proven M&A sellside deal experience.
• Must have outstanding academics and a minimum of 2:1 from a leading Red Brick University.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
• Must have a high standard of accuracy and strong mathematical skills.
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Prepare marketing materials and financial models
• Provide due diligence and support on investor and management materials
• Manage communication and information flow within the team
