Are you an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of working with Tier 1 banks? Our client, a leader in the consulting services space, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their growing team within the Banking and Financial Services vertical.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be working closely with leadership and key decision-makers, driving growth in Europe by leveraging our client’s global presence and rapidly expanding footprint. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of financial services, delivering innovative solutions and large-scale deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives across IT and business functions within both new and existing accounts.
• Identify client needs and offer consultative solutions that address their challenges, particularly in areas like Product Engineering, Cloud, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
•… Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
• Drive revenue by building a strong sales pipeline and closing high-value services deals.
• Collaborate with partner sales organisations and software vendors to generate demand and close joint opportunities.
What You Bring:
• Extensive experience in the financial services sector, ideally working with Tier 1 banks.
• A strong track record of opening new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
• Proven ability to close large services deals, ideally $5M+ ACV.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders (CXO level and beyond).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
