Banking Voice process Openings in Tech Mahindra for Sr voice CSA (Chandivali location) Exp in customer service min 2yrs or Min 1 yr experience of Sr. customer service in voice process in BFSI
Shift timeMale – 24×7 (Drop facility is available)
Female 7am to 8pm6 days working, 1 rotational week off
Training will be provided in 3pm to 12am
Job role :Handle inbound or outboundEnquiries /complaints /request from clients within timeline
Handle escalation callsSupport different processAdvanced excel knowledge (pivot table, vlookup)
Qualification:Graduation is mandatory Salary:25k to 30k in hand
