Role Objective
• Manage channels within the assigned area.
• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and branch staff.
• Conduct training sessions for branch staff, specifically Private Banking RMs, to enhance the cross-selling of general insurance products.
• Perform weekly visits to designated ICICI Bank branches.
• Execute sales strategies, drive revenue generation, and meet targets.
• Assist with objection handling and support the sales process within the channel.
• Focus on customer retention, particularly for health products.
