Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Treasurer – Front Office to manage our financial operations, including payments, currency exchange, bank deposits, and compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Payments and Currency Exchange:
• Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage currency exchange transactions to support the company’s financial activities.
Bank Deposits:
• Handle bank deposits and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all transactions.
Document Management:
• Collect and maintain documents supporting bank transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Banking KYC/Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and other banking regulations.
• Monitor and implement compliance measures to… mitigate financial risks.
Bank Account Management:
• Facilitate the opening of bank accounts and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Ensure smooth and efficient banking operations.
• Bank Reconciliations:
• Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably in a front-office environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, banking regulations, and KYC compliance.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
