Key Responsibilities
• Develop deep client relationships and be seen as the ‘go-to’ person and trusted advisor by senior executives.
• Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
• Actively develop own knowledge and expertise in chosen proposition(s) and sector of choice.
• Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for leading day-to-day delivery.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Associate Director will inspire, motivate, coach, and develop project team members, appraisees, and give constructive 360-degree feedback.
With a salary range of £80,000 – £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, and located in a prominent financial hub, this role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career progression within Cambridge Credentials.
