Description:
Role Objective:
The role focuses on resolving customer disputes through investigation and validation of information, supporting settlement operations per approved procedures and SLAs. Responsibilities include handling system postings, reconciling disputed transactions from payment partners and ATMs, and maintaining accurate records under the Card Processing Manager’s guidance. Additionally, the role involves overseeing ATM cash replenishment with G4S representatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage transaction settlements across channels like NAPS, Visa, MasterCard, CUP, and Apple Pay.
• Process transactions, including rejects, using VEP, MFE, and MCO applications.
• Identify BINs, charges, and prepare settlement vouchers for the NOSTRO account.
• Prepare settlement files for E-remittance and refunds from in-house reports.
• Process debit and credit transactions on the Bank’s SWITCH platform and resolve discrepancies with IT.
• Perform transaction and summary level… reconciliation using SWITCH reports and Core Banking details.
• Conduct reconciliation for ATMs and ITMs, managing cash balances.
• Handle disputes, chargebacks, and arbitration as per MasterCard, Visa, and CUP regulations.
• Support customer complaints related to payment partners and manage chargeback processes.
• Analyze chargeback data to identify trends and improve recovery opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of disputes and chargebacks, ensuring proper documentation.
• Prepare and implement UAT project plans for settlement, reconciliation, and dispute processes
