Description:
We are hiring “Training Coordinator ” is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of training programs. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to training standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed training schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and catering arrangements.
• Monitor and track training program progress to ensure timely completion.
• Making calls for participants.
• Doing search for industries; competitors.
• Manage and allocate training resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Handle participant registration and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate communication with participants, including pre-training information and post-training follow-up.
• Manage participant attendance and feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to… training standards and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on training program performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training administration or coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
