Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented (B2C Training Accounts Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them towards the most suitable training workshops. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, client relationship management, and ensuring a seamless training experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with incoming leads, providing expert guidance on workshop selection.
Proactively reach out to companies and individuals via LinkedIn to promote our training offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (Learning Design, Marketing) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Manage client reservations, schedule sessions, and update the training calendar.
Handle client proposals and contracts efficiently.
Maintain CRM systems to track client interactions, manage… pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1-3 years of experience in a consulting or training environment
Proven proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems.
