Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote banking products and services.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our banking offerings, including loans, accounts, and investment products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a tele sales or customer service role within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient… in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
