Job purpose:

Manage Telecoms Administration for Data, Security, Voice and enhancing Telecoms services capabilities in addition to core infrastructure services in the Bank.

Accountabilities:
• Analyzes Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security performance and recommends adjustments to a wide variety of complex systems management functions with responsibility for overall performance, capacity and availability of networks.
• Provision of technology-based information, service levels and issue resolution to the business.
• Runs regular internal audits of Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security to ensure optimum operation.
• Evaluate, recommend and introduce Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security solutions as required.
• Software license usage tracking & compliance.
• Security Controls Compliance.
• Responsible for the planning, budgeting, and delivery of Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security projects.
• Identifies opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of solutions including… sourcing, purchasing or in-house implementation.
• Negotiate service level agreements with service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.
• Manages Telecoms Data, Voice and Security functions in support of IT services related to the operations, performance and availability across the Bank.
• Directs the planning, administration and problem resolution of Telecoms services including data, voice and security.
• Designs and implements Telecoms architectures.
• Ensure the availability, integrity and fit for purpose Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security aligned with changing business priorities.
• Ensure that Telecoms Data, Voice, and Security services adhered with security standards and polices.
• Key responsibility for the identification and resolution of technical problems and malfunctions related to Telecoms and Network data, voice and security.
• Manages the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards related to Telecoms services.
• Manages Data Center Infrastructure, design, access, cabling & work closely with related facilities teams.

Experience
• 8-10 years of IT Experience.
• Experience analyzing information and driving resolution.
• Experience interpreting and supporting IT and Business Processes.
• Wide experience in management of Telecoms devices.
• Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems.
• Strong experience in team building and leadership skills in a service culture, are required.

Knowledge
• Networking Architecture.
• Telecoms devices Implementations.
• Telecoms devices standard configuration changes.

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, .. etc)
• Cisco Certified Professional Level “CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Security”
• ITIL Intermediate.
• Project Management
