• Sales driven and experience in dealing with team, and eager to experience in banking sales.
• Strong leadership & motivational skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving goals, able to 10+ member team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales target & driving team performance.
