Job Title- Group Tax Governance and Reporting – Tax Senior Analyst
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
The Central Tax Governance and Reporting Team is based in Frankfurt, Germany and responsible for all areas of tax reporting – internal and external stakeholders – under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and HGB (German accounting Standards) and various governance requirements.
You will form part of a small team that is responsible for –
• Tax Reporting: IFRS and HGB
• Controls and Governance: responsible for the documentation and maintenance of Tax Policies and Procedures as well as the performance of control activities

Your key responsibilities
• Preparation and plausibility checks related to income tax planning on the basis of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Support related to data collection in various areas of tax reporting. This encompasses amongst other tasks preparation of reporting to Senior Management, summary and preparation of tax risk positions
• Support to maintain and potentially further develop the IT based reporting tools of Group Tax
• Support year-end disclosures related to data collection as well as checks for plausibility
• Support plausibility checks related to consolidation measures within Deutsche Bank Group and the related tax consequences
Your skills and experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing / Financial Planning & Analysis / Legal entity controllership / Financial Governance & control
• Prior experience of working in Financial Industry/Banking
• Proven experience of working autonomously
• Degree level education
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (CA / MBA Finance / Post-Graduate in Finance)
• Essentials:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confident in handling large set of numerical information
• Proficient user of MS-Excel: should feel comfortable with lookups / pivot-tables and have an ability to design a spreadsheet with appropriate controls and audit trail
• Good skills in developing power point presentations
• Good project management skills to track & update multiple topics at the same time
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of Financial Industry/Banking
• Knowledge of IFRS
