Now, we are seeking a motivated and talented UAE National to join our Customer Fulfillment Team as a Specialist.
What You’ll Do:
• Operational Excellence: Authorize and complete operational tasks with precision, ensuring all activities are timely and accurate.
• Control & Compliance: Follow control mechanisms, verify daily reports, and prepare periodical returns on schedule.
• Risk Management: Prevent operational losses by highlighting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, providing proactive solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Team Support: Assist the team leader in developing team members’ skills and competencies.
• Business Continuity: Stay prepared for any… disruptions by maintaining awareness of the Business Continuity Plan.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent RAKBANK with professionalism and strong process knowledge, exceeding customer expectations.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all customer-related documentation.
• Performance & Compliance: Achieve performance targets while maintaining operational risk control and compliance.
• Process Support: Facilitate processes with clear communication and organized data to produce quality results.
• Client Service: Provide superior service to both internal and external clients, taking ownership of client needs and ensuring timely resolution.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on financial services industry standards and practices.
• System Integrity: Maintain proficiency and integrity in the bank’s operating system.
What We’re Looking For:
• Problem Solving: Tackle repetitive and defined problems with straightforward solutions under direct supervision.
• Team Interaction: Collaborate with your immediate team and supervisor, focusing on routine information exchange and assistance.
• Decision Making: Operate within the bank’s policies and governance frameworks, making decisions as per the authorization matrix.
• Education: University Degree
• Experience: 2-3 years in operational processes in the non-banking sector, with support and/or administration experience.
• Key Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
