Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager – HL & LAP at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, DSA, developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing… feedback to senior management.

Qualifications
• Sales management and leadership skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of housing loans (HL) and loan against property (LAP) products with min 5 years of experience.
• Understanding of the banking and financial services industry
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Any Graduate
• Min 5 years if experience in HL & LAP
• CTC upto 10 Lacs
