Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online recruitment and employment solution platform. This includes identifying product requirements, conducting market research, defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality products. The Product Manager will also be responsible for analyzing user feedback, monitoring product performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for product development, enhancements, and modifications in the existing and new… Debit Card Products
• Managing various Debit Card variants and various KPIs on debit cards to increase penetration and usage
• Introducing innovations in the Debit Cards/payments
• Data Analysis for insightful and actionable in line with the Debit Cards Strategy
• Responsible for conceptualization, development, and implementation of various Debit Cards projects
• Regulatory Compliance for Debit Cards Product
• Market mapping in terms of the latest trends, products, activities, and best practices
• Good understanding of payments, retail banking, and digital technologies
• Good analytical and data-backed decision-making skills Customer oriented and ability to drive growth and business objectives Sound judgement and flexibility in balancing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines Ability to write Product /Process requirement documents
