Job Description
This role holder is responsible for treasury operations, he/she will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing oversight off all treasury back-office activity and he/she will work closely with the key function within the finance such as general accounting by reconciling all relevant accounts in full accordance with the association policies and procedures, by provide an accurate, sensitive and responsive to deliver a high quality and efficacy in the processing of the treasury operations activity
Responsibilities
• Oversee consolidated daily treasury transactions such as cash liquidity position foreign Exchange / fixed Income /Money Market / Capital Markets/ DPM Murabaha/ Sukuk/ SAMA Repo and SAMA Rev-Repo
• Checking all nostro accounts, GL, and SAMA positions daily with coordination with the Treasury Front Office & Finance department
• Monitor and reconcile daily receipt and disbursement transactions
• Distribute summary activity reports to… management
• Execute borrowing and investment following established guidelines
• Coordinate timely and accurate transfer payment process of transactions so that accounts relating to Treasury
• Review and drive improvement in treasury operations productivity and efficiency also evaluate and recommend solutions
• Monitoring, tracking, reporting and SAMA squaring SAR and major currencies position and coordinate with Treasury Front Office.
• Manage and support the accounting settlement and processing arrangement.
• Resolve Treasury Front Office, Risk Management, and Finance related inquiries promptly.
• Developing and maintaining treasury policies, processes, procedures, systems, and control environment in line with best practices.
• Good communication with all external party (Banks, Investment Co.)
• Prepare Islamic confirmation as well as the settlement of all treasury deals (placement, deposit) and check swift messages.
• Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
A tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
• Would have 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience has been demonstrated
• An experienced professional who is able to deliver on difficult technical tasks
• Has project implementation experience
• Is self-sufficient at work and could be given small project responsibility
• Has provided technical supervision to junior staff in the past
