Position: Senior Associate, Brand Management (Qatarization)
Role Summary
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the activities that deliver the execution of the branding creative activity plan across all touchpoints and ensuring that all variables, measurements and data are taken into consideration when implementing projects.
Role Description
• Execute strategic brand campaigns and communications across all channels such as print, broadcast, social and online platforms.
• Monitor and measure the performance of the set strategies and provide regular updates and recommendations to Brand management.
• Ensure all brand plans and projects are being implemented and provide regular updates on progress to Branding and stakeholders.
• Follow up with the brand strategy team to ensure insights and brand tracking are top of mind at all times and create alerts for any changes in key performance indicators.
• Support the management of Branding in the planning and implementation of the brand… clinics.
• Assist the branding creative manager in deploying research needs, studies and support brand teams in execution where needed.
• Provide reports and regular updates on the brand guidelines across QNB group and subsidiaries on consistency.
• Provide ongoing administrative support in managing the brand management team and branding creative manager to streamline internal processes.
Qualifications
• University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advertising or logistics, preferably with a local/Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of event management.
• Strategist with key skills in brand transformation techniques.
• Good understanding of CI tools/techniques and related best practices.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and thoroughly follow up on project plans and implementations.
• Ability to follow through with initiatives.
• Planning and organizing ability.
• Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
