Description:
Develop the Branch action plan in alignment with the overall Branches strategy to achieve the budgeted targets and revenue growth within the set timelines and cascade the plan thoroughly to direct reports for efficient implementation and exceeding productivity benchmark

Drive, manages and track the branch performance toward achieving business plan, sales target and high level of service quality

Achieve volume and revenue goals through focusing on to attract new business acquisitions by marketing and cross selling the bank’s services and products.

Conduct joint sales calls with different branch staff to meet current/prospect key customers with the purpose of marketing a wide range of bank’s products, cross selling and deepening the relationship with those key customers

Monitor the Branch effectiveness of the security and control systems, implementation of service quality initiatives according to set targets, and the deployment of operational controls to ensure full adherence to… policies and procedures, compliance regulations and audit requirements.

Analyze local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities in addition to providing constant feedback to the products team on the market practices and customer preferences to ensure that EG-Bank provides the best product offering.

Ensure that all service standards set by the bank are applied by Branch staff, in terms of customer interactions, turnaround time adherence, clean desk policy…etc. to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty

Manage the Branch lobby traffic to reduce waiting time, interact with customers to ensure that the lobby is well handled, directed and tended to in high traffic hours making sure that customers have positive feedback as well as managing any customer dissatisfaction.

Ensure the customers complaints are handled at first point of contact with full ownership, escalating the case to relevant departments if requested and provide prompt feedback to customers in a timely manner.

Implement efficiently the new hire on-boarding process, providing staff with the requested coaching, training and logistics.

Manages personnel related issues, development and rotation of staff to leverage the required knowledge, skills and abilities and ensures all functions are fully covered within the branch

Manage the effective achievement of the Branch objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, providing of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and department performance

Participate in the formulation of the Branches strategy and ensure its implementation while ensure delivering to team members any changes / updates in the Branches or bank’s strategy to take the needed actions to deliver short / medium term objectives of the bank.

Participates in developing the Branches policies, processes and procedures in alignment with Bank’s policy and Labor Law and ensure effective implementation of approved policies and procedures.

Directs and follow the day to day operations related to the Branch to ensure effective implementation of key activities and achieve the needed outcome. ensure high level of engagement and a motivated work environment

Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank’s policies and code of conduct in order to maintain EG Bank’s sound legal position and mitigates any potential risks
