About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Banking Manager and lead our retail banking efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer relationship officers and remote tellers, fostering a customer-centric and sales-driven culture.

You will provide continuous coaching and development opportunities to improve team performance and support career growth.

Your focus will be on driving sales through digital channels, leveraging conversion rates to convert interactions into cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate records of branch performance, addressing gaps, and defining relocation plans for underperforming branches.
Main Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Recruit, train, and manage customer relationship officers and remote tellers, fostering a customer-centric and sales-driven culture.
• Provide continuous coaching and development opportunities to improve team performance and support career growth.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Drive sales through digital channels, leveraging conversion rates to convert interactions into cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends, address issues, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Operational Efficiency:
• Maintain high standards in service delivery and security through efficient day-to-day operations of digital branches.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to achieve optimal uptime and performance for all digital branch equipment and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of branch performance, address gaps, and define relocation plans for underperforming branches.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail banking, alternative channels, or digital banking.
• Proven track record of driving customer migration to digital channels and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of self-service terminals, contactless debit machines, and digital service models within banking.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales-focused teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive change.
