Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Processing incoming and outgoing Payments & Cheques accurately and efficiently process
Upload payment details into the remittance system accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of data integrity
Reconcile remittance transactions with bank statements and accounting records
Prepare validity of the entries in remittances dept. issued on the systems.
Make sure to reply to all branches and departments inquiries related to Remittance dept. transactions.
Maintain organized records of remittance transactions which supporting documentation, in accordance with record-keeping requirements
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. -related certifications are considered an asset
Senior Officer: Minimum 3 years of experience preferable exposure in Remittance Operations
Officer: 0 Years of experience required
Skills:
Excellent command of English and Arabic… languages (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
Good planning and organizing skills
