Description:
Generic Responsibilities
• Assist in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of office workflow.
• Act as a checker and participate in team evaluation and provide feedback (if required).
• Participate in reporting RSCA quarter sample.
• Provide periodical analytical reports according to identified time.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute all payments including outgoing and incoming payments in both local and foreign currencies in all related applications.
• Execute inward and outward transfers efficiently on time.
• Review all messages related to the outgoing and incoming transfers using Swift and ACH modules.
• Oversee finalizing the pending and outstanding items, and do the necessary adjustments / corrective actions.
• Review ADIB remit, E-finance transactions & non-Trade FX transactions.
• Execute swift free format messages related to the unit investigations and release all related swift messages.
• Review end of day GLs reconciliation, CBE and correspondents accounts.
• Execute… required accounting entries.
• Ensure complete registration and filling of all documents securely.
• Participate in the related UAT testing and review the results to ensure correct implementation.
• Respond to all inquiries received from all related units, Branches & correspondents in a timely manner.
• Participate in the related UAT testing and review the results to ensure correct implementation.
• Handle received complaints in cooperation with Consumer Rights Protection – Compliance & Governance – in accordance with the policies and procedures and identified SLA.

And any other assigned Tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably banking.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
• Good knowledge of Bank functions, responsibilities & processes.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel).

• High level of professionalism and self-motivation.

• Excellent teamwork, communication and time management skills
