Hiring – Branch Manager (For a Leading & India’s oldest Pvt. Banks)
Education – Any graduate or Post Graduate with 60% aggregate pass marks
Experience – Should have 1-4 years of relevant Branch Manager experience in any banks.
Age – 25 yrs to 40 Yrs
Location – Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Orissa, UP, Gujarat in phases.
Job Role
– Responsible for P&L in the branch & achieve business targets.
– Should maintain good relationship with existing customers and generate new customers, cross selling of various products & services to these customers.
– Should manage branch operations and well versed in managing and upselling of products & services.
– Should have thorough knowledge on CASA, Loans, Insurance etc and train the team on the same on regular basis.
– Should comply with all banking & govt rules & regulations.
– Should ensure correct and daily reconciliation of accounts.
– Should maintain excellent team management skills
– Should conduct camps, livelihood activities to create awareness & promote bank products & services.
– This will be transferable job should be willing to relocate within the State designated.
