What You Will Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Finance relationships, ensuring adherence to the Bank’s policies, ethics, and code of conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all tasks ensuring activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, while providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all appropriate processes and procedures.
Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
Identify market opportunities and book new business (SME Assets) while developing and increasing the share of wallet of existing business relationships.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis for the formulation of new and innovative products.
Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers, both internal and external.
Ensure that business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines, and due diligence… is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards, and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
