As a Bank RegisteredNurse you will have a current NMC registration and a good knowledgeof the most up-to-date clinical practices and be willing to travelto various Homes.
As a BankRegistered Nurse You Will Be
• Supporting a team of care staff across multiple locationsto deliver exceptional care
• Producingwell-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with anunderstanding of regulatory frameworks
• Maintaining accurate documentation and resident recordswhilst incorporating the use of modern technology
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on yourshift in accordance with company policies and currentlegislation
• Responsible for making decisionsand having the autonomy to do things the right way
• Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance andsupport to all team members
• Supporting,guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code,following its guidance at all times.
To Succeed You Willbe
• A RegisteredNurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff
• Passionate about delivering great care and supporting theresidents and their families
• A team player whoengages well with others
• Confident indeveloping relationships quickly in different locations
• Able to demonstrate a sense of humour and positiveoutlook
• Able to communicate effectively at alllevels
• Able to drive, hold a full licence andhave access to a car
• Able to demonstrateawareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National CareStandards
• Able to Demonstrate an understandingand application of relevant legislation in relation to therole
• Able to deliver nursing care in aclinical environment
