We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Deutsche Bank Private Bank. As a trusted partner of wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs, family offices and foundations, we create lasting value for clients by developing bespoke solutions for their wealth management needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and assets while growing existing business relationships, ensuring a holistic and high-standard client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the Investment Manager to build deeper client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant wealth management experience, a solid network of clients in the Middle East, and fluency in English and Arabic. They will also possess excellent collaboration and investment acumen skills, as well as a good understanding of governing regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and maintain overall relationship with the client
• Be the first point of contact and overall responsible person with regard to dealing with client complaints
• Develop new business with new and existing clients
• Work as a team with the Investment Manager to build deeper client relationships
• Keep day-to-day responsibility for advising clients within the required regulatory framework
• Proactively identify client lending/financing needs and involve lending specialists to further develop the opportunity
• Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities
• Act as the Accountable Client Owner with responsibility for all AML aspects of the client relationship
• Participate in relevant client social events and PR activities
• Uphold the team’s operating rhythm and lead by example
• Work in close co-operation with other coverage, product, and support functions to deliver DB’s value proposition
• Actively support the business/growth strategy, plans, and values
• Act within professional, legal, and ethical boundaries and guidelines

Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 per year
