Organisation Unit Purpose : To develop andmanage the online channel strategy and financial services for thebank. To manage products and projects from concepts to production,and have capacity to work with and influence diverse functionallines of business and technology groups.
To work on revamping thechannel and introducing new technology for making the channel moreagile and enriched with features that will source new leads / salesand move from service to sales oriented channel To work closelywith different business lines, including consumer banking, cardservices, private banking, etc.
To introduce new options on theonline channel in order to be easily… accessible and viable forservicing customers To manage the project implementation withliaison with different internal and external parties, to ensure thesuccess of the implementation, in alignment with business strategyTo track performance and improve the penetration of this channel inline with departmental targets Job Purpose : Develop productroadmap, product development, product rollouts, pricing strategy,product marketing and communications.
Develop and maintain productpolicies and procedures to comply with bank policy and externalregulation. Analyze product usage, refine existing features basedon market research, key insights, data, trends, case studies, andcompetitive research.
Provide product documentation and training,and serve as the subject matter expert concerning the designatedproduct and / or product line.
Manage IT, external vendor (if any),testing resources, and service level agreements. Other projects asassigned
