What You Will Be Doing
• Ensure delivery of quality service to internal and external customers, by adhering to TAT, SLA & internal (Policy, Operating Procedures) and external (RERA, UAE CB) guidelines laid down for all requests
• Ensure all operational tasks assigned as per the desk duties/ operating procedures, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
• Handle all day-to-day operations related to Escrow Operations under wholesale Banking segment, which include client on boarding, inflow, payments, reporting to RERA, UAT’s
• Maintaining high level of customer interactions and closely work with business, product and operations.
• Understanding of Escrow products and services and effective Problem-Solving capabilities.
• Handle MIS / Recon for the escrow operations unit and handles internal and regulatory reporting requirements are fully adhered
• Ensure regulatory systems (like TAS – Trust Account Services) are updated with all necessary details as part of the process
• Escalate promptly to the line Manager, any irregularities / incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.
• Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalating as appropriate.
• Serve as RAKBANK’s brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, strong knowledge on our process, and optimize every opportunity to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure required documentation and administrative work relating to each customer’s application is completed in an accurate and prompt manner
• Keep abreast of the financial services industry knowledge, standards and practices.
• Gain a high level of proficiency and assist with maintaining integrity in the bank’s operating system

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in operational processes including document preparation and/or funding, or commercial lending support and/or credit administration support experience
• Deep understanding of Banking products of the required assigned vertical
