The role purpose is to assist and support the Head of Nationalisation in ensuring the bank attracts, recruits and retains Qatari Talent in line with the bank’s wider Nationalisation objective and strategy in compliance with regulatory requirements. The primary focus of this role will be to conduct all the operational and administration requirements to fulfill all onboarding, career and & off-boarding of the Qatari Talents.
• *In this role, you will**:
– To assist and report to the Nationalisation Head on managing the external… stakeholder’s rapport
– Ministry of Labour to ensure that the bank stays in compliance with regulatory requirements on employment of Nationals and all Reporting’s. o
– Qatar Central Bank to ensure that the bank stays in compliance with regulatory requirements on employment of Nationals and all Reporting.
– Immigration Department, Criminal and Investigation Department and Medical Commission to ensure that the bank stays in compliance with regulatory requirements on employment of Nationals.
– Educational institutions, universities and schools to ensure management of Career events, Sponsorship and Internship programs.
– Assist in the onboarding, development plans maintenance and off boarding of national staff.
– Manage the process of issuing Employment Contracts for all new hires. Monitor and review Employment Contract clauses to ensure all are correct and up to date in compliance with Labour Law and HSBC HR and Legal standards.
– Maintain Various Nationalisation reports,, recruitment, Leavers and attrition, Development & Succession planning, Replacement/Nationalised roles, Military Service Leaves, Sabbatical or prolonged sick/companion leaves, D&I, PIP and Grievance cases and the monthly Nationalisation Report to Regional HR team. Quarterly Nationalisation reports submissions to QCB and MoL.
Requirements
• *To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:
– High School Diploma or a College Diploma (three years)
– Awareness of Country Labor Law and Country Nationalisation agenda.
– Knowledge/Experience in the Human Resource Function
– Knowledge of Financial Services and Banking sector
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Team player and ability to meet deadlines
