About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven brand marketing professional to lead and execute the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and preference amongst target audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing landscape, a passion for social media, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with DBS’ brand objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of engaging social media content – this includes trend jacking, use of topical days, moment marketing trends, and testing new platform innovations and features.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, both organic and paid, and provide actionable insights to optimize… campaigns.
• Manage social media metrics, reputation and sentiment score, proactively flagging and mitigating risks that could impact the brand.
Campaign Management
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to automate routine tasks and gain deeper insights into campaign performance.
• Conduct regular experiments to test new strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Web Management
• Oversee the management of DBS brand pages.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to compliance with government bodies.
Risk and Control Assessment
• Monitor internal risks and controls for the brand team on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with members of the brand team, the regional team, and other departments (HR, GPS) for annual risk assessment exercises.
• Monitor KRIs and assess the need for additional, modified, or removed risks and controls for the team.
• Maintain the Reputation Risk scorecard, ensuring timely updates from the team and adherence to all requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Risk and Audit teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and achieve satisfactory internal ratings.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, performance tracking, and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
• Experience in managing domestic and regional communications.
• Understanding of local and international guidelines, and the ability to adapt messaging accordingly
