United Trust Banks is a diverse fast growing specialist lender. We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (3 days per week) and 2 days working from home.

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will:
• Manage employees and third party agencies
• Manage budget
• Build relationships with internal business areas
• Oversee all internal and external marketing initiatives and projects Oversee social media plan
• Prepare management information in a timely manner

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all marketing initiatives which include:
• Advertising and Direct Mail Campaigns
• Newsletters, surveys, case studies and press releases
• UTB intranet, website and social media
• Company marketing collateral
• Organising internal and external events plus attendance at industry shows and awards events
• Maintenance of Broker and customer databases
• Deliver the online contact strategy, CRM strategy and plan… whilst working closely with various teams
• Execute data driven campaigns using analytics, insights and segmentation as well collating outputs
• Monthly reconciliation and reporting of marketing data and MI including board packs
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to business managers
• Managing UTB’s marketing Compliance requirements

Skills and Experience sought
• Marketing degree or qualification preferred
• Previous marketing experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Banking
• Marketing data interpretation and reporting
• Liaising with key stakeholders such as Finance and HR
• Ability to understand key customer segments and design campaigns for these segments using insights and data
• Ability to organise and deliver to tight deadlines
• Ability to manage third parties i.e. PR Company
• Advanced MS Office skills including MS Excel Intermediate level
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
