We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data interrogation with the ability to effectively tell a story in your presentation of this data. You will enjoy making a real impact on the business by collaborating with stakeholders from COO, Exco, external Stakeholders and our regulators.

The Performance and Planning team serves the COO and wider Executive Committee and Board with collateral and insight on the performance of our channels. We’re a team of dynamic, hands-on colleagues who enjoy working together to showcase the performance of COO, bringing it to life… along with our commercial knowledge.

How You’ll Make a Difference

The Manager, Performance and Reporting is responsible for supporting the Performance and Planning team in delivering highly polished, regular reporting activity on our customer channels, our Primary Corporate Objectives, key strategic indicators, and delivery against our strategic plan.

The Manager, Performance and Reporting is responsible for specific components of this reporting, not only will you be able to interrogate and challenge the data, but you will also be able to then utilise the findings of your research and analysis to creatively construct high quality packs for senior stakeholders through the most appropriate format.

You will also be encouraged to build collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to truly understand business performance and how that is determined.

What You’ll Bring
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to communicate performance effectively, including through PowerPoint and written documents.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
• The ability to give an overarching performance view of COO effectively.
• The ability to identify and collect further observations, data and facts that are relevant to the functions being reported on
• The ability to interrogate the data to create new insights.
• The ability to use logical reasoning to identify problems in performance.
