Job Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Provide advice and guidance on banking products and services
• Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth
• Negotiate and manage corporate banking contracts
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide training and support to junior staff members
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager/Banking professional who is light-hearted and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of banking and finance.
