Description:
Design and Implement Performance & Reliability Monitoring Solutions:
• Develop and implement comprehensive performance and reliability monitoring solutions for IT systems, micro services environments, application code/low code solutions for all production systems within the Bank
• Configure monitoring tools to collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal system performance.
Analyze System Performance:
• Conduct regular performance analysis to identify problematic areas, bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize performance data to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for optimization and assist in RCA investigations to provide accurate view of alerts and time line.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with system administrators, developers, and other IT teams to understand application architectures and system dependencies.
• Collaborate to address performance-related issues and implement solutions.
