About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the BFSI sector, focusing on key accounts in the Banking and Financial Services industry. You will work closely with senior executives to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Products : Corporate Training solutions, Leadership, IT & Technical training, Behavioural, soft skills,

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI… sector Mumbai & Pune.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the target market.
• Develop and deliver customized training proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with Regenesys solutions.
• Provide insightful market intelligence and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.

Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Edtech or Corporate Education sector.
• Currently working in Edtech / Corporate Learning company and selling to the Banking and Financial services clients.
• 3-4 years of experience in the current role and organisation.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Demonstrable understanding of learning and development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
