About the Role
Your role as a Journey Expert in Tech Group Services requires highly skilled Functional Consultant with years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in General Ledger, Asset Management, Lease Administration, Accounts Payables, Procurement, financial consolidation modules especially in PeopleSoft Finance and Hyperion. This role will be responsible for requirement analysis, system design, development, and testing. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance our Core Finance applications and support ongoing projects. Experience in leading testing of a project, defining test strategy, test planning, test… execution will be added advantage.

What will your day look like?
Attending requirements gathering workshops with business, functional analysts, journey experts
Functional design solutioning if there are new module implementations or config changes.
Analyzing critical incidents and delivering functional solutions.
Managing stakeholder relationships during issue resolution and new enhancements by gathering requirements and understanding business problem statements.
Functional Defect fixing and testing.
Defining test strategy for projects, test planning and execution for upgrade/implementation projects
What will you bring?
As a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Lead requirement analysis, design, development, and testing phases for PeopleSoft implementation projects.
Configure and maintain PeopleSoft modules including General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Payable (AP), and Lease Administration (LA).
Utilize tools such as PS Query and Query Manager for reporting and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and defects.
Provide documentation for system setups, processes, and enhancements.
Assist in user training and support to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft functionalities.
Stay current with PeopleSoft updates and industry trends, recommending system enhancements as needed.
Participate in project planning and ensure timely delivery of functional requirements.
Test Management – Manage the testing for both BAU and project initiatives, which involves defining a test plan, tracking testing progress, managing defects and resources, and ensuring the testing is completed successfully to obtain final approval.

Detailed Description

Proven experience in implementing PeopleSoft solutions in a team lead capacity.
Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL for data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
Knowledge of nVision reporting tool is a plus.
Experienced in managing large batched in Finance module.
