1- Sales Account Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with customers
Handle sales inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Research clients and identify new business opportunities
Answer client queries efficiently
Process customer leads
Handle social media leads and check registration process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Account Management or related field
2 to 4 years of experience in customer service/sales/marketing
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2- Full Stack Developer Senior & Junior
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions in collaboration with a team of developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new… features.
Test new features, debug, and fix bugs to ensure the application runs smoothly.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Build robust and scalable software in NodeJS for applications, APIs, services and middle-ware components as well as modifications of existing software.
Design and create services and define system architecture for your projects and contribute and provide feedback to other team members.
Enhance code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.
Prototype future interfaces.
Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
Required Skills:
Node.js or ASP. Net (Core. Net8) is a Must.
Flutter and Dart are a Must & Angular is a plus.
Deep understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server and MongoDB and experience with performance tuning and optimization of database queries.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in web development.
Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.
Industry experience is a plus.

3- IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Follow and implement the Academy’s data security rules.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on software and systems.
Understand Windows and Microsoft Office issues and fixes.
Network troubleshooting and network protocols knowledge.
Basic Windows Server management knowledge.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Availability to remote support users when needed.
Setup and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Respond to queries via chat, email, or phone.
Help other staff members with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
Backup and restore users’ files.
Create inventory reports about PCs and printers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent years of hands-on experience.
Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
Basic knowledge of firewalls, documentation, backup and restore, and other IT-related topics.
Proven experience as a helpdesk specialist.
At least 3 years of experience.
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Server knowledge.
Preferred to have these courses: MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or any relevant courses
