Description:
Accountabilities and Key Roles:
• Ensure IT related services continuity and efficient support to all units
• Ensure compliance of all Arab Bank assets
• Ensure the closure of Audit findings
• Accountable for all Hardware – Servers and Network Devices
• Accountable for all infrastructure systems used within Arab Bank such as Windows Servers, Operation Manager, Configuration Manager, windows server update service, VMWARE environment, Hyper-V environment, Antivirus server, Active Directory, Avaya and Cisco products
• Implement and manage infrastructure solutions/ projects
• Manage, admin and Monitor Arab Bank Qatar infrastructure solutions
• Ensure that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically
• Evaluate and study any new enhancement to working environment by upgrading or implementing a new infrastructure solutions and services
• Participate in the project delivery and execution
• Adhere and comply to all PnPs and work… actively to close all related audit findings
Job Requirements:
Education:
• University degree in Computer Science from a recognized university.
Experience :
• 3-5 years of related experiences with recognized international/ domestic firms.
Competencies:
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and work collectively with business partners.
• Good knowledge in Service management methodologies and business best practices, ex. ITIL.
