Investment Banking Associate, FIG M&A, US Investment Bank
A leading US advisory firm is now looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate into their very successful Financial Institutions M&A team.
The team has worked on a numbery of very successful deals in the Banking and FinTech sector and has a very strong pipeline of work.
The role will work on the origination and execution of mandates for the firm. This will involve financial modelling, valuations, pitching, writing documents and deal execution.
They are interested in meeting Associates from other investment banks or advoisory firms. The successful candidate will have FIG deal experience or Fintech deal experience and a very track record of M&A execution
