Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast and assess staffing needs across Kerala, aligning with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors for timely resource availability.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Provide HR policy support to employees, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Handle employee leave requests and maintain schedules.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in HR field.
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Strong communication is mandatory
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Salary: upto 25000 in hand(depends on last drawn salary)+PF+Insurance
