Description:
Job Purpose:
Provide governance over HR functions which includes quality assurance, monitoring processes, mitigating fraud and improving accuracy & efficiency.
Reduce the risk of potential regulatory by maintain high level of internal control
Key Accountabilities:
• Assisting in developing and implementation of mission, strategy, policy and procedures of the HR Division to ensure efficient and effective execution of targets in compliance with the Bank strategy & identified Division policy.
• Participating with the Head of HR in the identification of annual KPIs and work time plan (annual & quarterly) & monitoring fulfillment ensuring continuous assessment & improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the function work flow to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Review, ensure updating and implementing P&P and work instruction for all HR processes
• Mitigate any possible risk by implementing robust internal control processes within the various HR functions.
• Ensure… satisfactory Audit & timely closure of all open audit hazards and recommendations if any are embedded into business as usual
• Set an annual audit plan to HR covering all HR activities
• Review and provide periodic updates to Head of HR & Organization on departmental high risk items
• Review all mandatory trainings are completed by all HR staff
• Develop training modules & awareness programs to HR staff related to Risk & governance
• Implement the Operational Risk Framework in the HR functions along with conducting the quarterly RCSA for HR and report results to Head of HR & organization as well as Operational Risk Team, submit the monthly KRI and report incident report when occurred.
• Liaise between HR and any external or Internal auditors and ensure timely delivery to any requirement
• Conduct the monthly proofing for HR GLs and submit to Finance.
• Submit the staff accounts review to the concerned parties on the agreed frequency.
• Submit the CBE requested reports on the agreed frequency.
• Review HR contracts and ensure alignment with the bank DOA.
And any other Assigned tasks.
Experience and other requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Audit or Risk back ground
Excellent knowledge of Bank functions, responsibilities & Processes
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements & CBE governance rules
Ability to develop , communicate & gain ownership for a clear vision and direction
Strong attention to details
Years of experience:
10+ years’ experience, preferably with previous managerial experience
