**Job Title:** Support Staff – Banking BPO Process

### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented support staff to join our Banking BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling operations, customer support, and other key processes for a leading banking institution. You will work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and top-notch service delivery.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide exceptional support for banking processes, including data entry, documentation, and customer inquiries.
– Handle inbound communication with customers via phone, email.
– Maintain and update customer records in the banking system with high accuracy.
– Assist in processing banking transactions, account management, and resolving customer issues.
– Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines for banking processes.
– Collaborate with internal teams… to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Escalate complex issues to higher levels of management, when necessary.
### **Skills and Qualifications:**
– Graduation
– Previous experience in a BPO environment, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferred(optional)
– Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
– High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of banking regulations and processes is an advantage.
