As The Head Of Lending, You Will
•… Write bridging loans within the company’s credit risk criteria.
• Lead and develop a team of underwriters and loan processors.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers such as solicitors, valuers, and brokerages.
• Ensure the team meets training needs and personal development plans.
• Educate brokers on the underwriting process through MS Masterclass.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Lending role will have:
• Experience in bridging or specialist finance (preferred but not essential).
• Previous mandate experience for at least two years, up to £1m.
• Strong understanding of risk appetite and decision-making using data.
• Ability to develop and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with third-party providers.
