Role Overview: As the Head of Inside Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s sales growth by leading and managing the Inside Sales team. This role is perfect for an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in the SaaS space, particularly within the banking or financial services sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the team’s potential, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and… exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and overall sales efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
• Oversee the entire inside sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and other online platforms to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in an inside sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling inside sales teams in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process and the unique challenges of selling to financial institutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
