Job Purpose:
Support Treasury, Asset Management & Global Markets in its business management activities via ensuring that… strategic plans, procedures, regulatory frameworks are efficient and well embedded in daily operations. Manage strategic projects and system infrastructure upgrades.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support General Manager in preparing business plans/strategies for the overall Treasury AM&GM function
Incorporate new procedures/policies and update/review such procedures and policies for the Treasury AM&GM function and ensure adherence from all Treasury units.
Jointly with Desk Heads prepare and maintain desk procedures and policies.
Coordinate the Product Approval Process with various stakeholders for implementation of new products or entry into new markets.
Monitor and prepare periodic reports financial and non-financial risks and incidents (Risk Acceptance, Conduct and FO Supervision)
Participate in committees to represent Treasury AM&GM related issues.
Ensure Treasury AM&GM function activity is compliant with local/ global regulation and internal policies and procedures.
Monitor and coordinate KYC for Clients and Counterparties along with KYC team and liaise with RMs/Sales/Compliance/MLRO
Manage Projects and liaise with Ops and IT teams for Projects related to Treasury AM&GM function.
Requirements
Educational and Experience
Graduate in Economics, Finance or Business Management
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Business management and/or markets domain in large organisation.
Proven successful completion of large projects related to Treasury/Markets domains.
Good understanding of Treasury/Markets processes and system infrastructure
