Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced “Grant Proposal Writer” to join our (Community Development Programs) team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals and reports. This role requires a keen understanding of business objectives, the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Develop and write persuasive proposals in response to client requests, RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information for proposal development.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposal content accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Develop and maintain proposal templates and libraries.
Write clear, concise, and informative reports on various business topics, including project updates, market analysis, and financial performance.
Edit and proofread documents for clarity… consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
Ensure compliance with proposal and report formatting guidelines.
Participate in proposal and report review processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal and report writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
