The role

An opportunity to work in the Banks Fulfilment and Execution team as an fulfilment associate. This involve managing a portfolio of cases focusing specifically on post-drawdown activity across lending products including mortgages, loan transactions and secured lending facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Building Insurance Data, Collateral updates – 3rd party guarantees, debentures
• General account management queries e.g. HMO notices, security changes, loan repayment changes;
• Creating of loan Extension letters ;
• Monitoring solicitor undertakings to Companies House / Land Registry;
• Processing loan repayments (partial / full) – calculate, issue and manage process (incl security release);
• Variation of Security tasks – creation of redemption statements;
• Delivery of excellent customer service through pro-active management of assigned workflow, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills
• An understanding of the Bank’s lending process
• Quality assurance experience preferable

Soft Skills
• Good stakeholder management – internal
• Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritise and adapt in a complex environment
• Ability to work in team as well as independently
• Ability to resolve issues under time constraint
